Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered web and mobile experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders while bringing research-driven design and innovation to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centered digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive user flows for web and mobile applications.
• Design visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Analyze user behavior and application analytics to improve user experience.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, design thinking, and emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI interfaces).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Advocate for user experience and usability across projects and teams.

Required Skills & Requirements (Latest Curriculum):

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure RP.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in usability testing, A/B testing, and user journey mapping.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in motion design and micro-interactions is a plus.
• Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and collaborative tools (Zeplin, Miro, Jira).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AR/VR, voice interfaces, AI-driven design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
