UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid to Senior Level UI/UX Designer who also possesses strong graphic design skills to join our digital agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing designs for web and mobile platforms, while also contributing to branding, marketing creatives, and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance UI/UX layouts for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that align with client needs.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Work on graphic design projects including branding, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistency in visual design language across multiple platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
• Deliver creative and functional solutions within defined project timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles including color theory, typography, and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS) for better developer collaboration.

Portfolio Requirement:

Applicants must share their updated design portfolio along with their application. Portfolios will be used to assess creativity, design quality, and relevant experience.
