Timings: 7pm - 2am

Job Description:

Amigos Engineering Services is seeking a talented, creative UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience and visual identity of our digital products. In this role, you will be the key player in designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that bridge the gap between our complex engineering solutions and our users.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a user-centric mindset, and are a wizard with modern design tools, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for our website and digital applications.
  • Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Create a cohesive, consistent visual language that includes typography, color palettes, and iconography.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, team input, and usability findings.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.
  • Present and defend your design decisions to stakeholders, backed by solid reasoning.

Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
  • High proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. (Expertise in these tools is non-negotiable).
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your UI/UX design process, from wireframes to final visual design.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, and usability testing.
  • Ability to solve complex design problems and create simple, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen sense of layout, color, and typography.
  • Minimum Experience: 2-3 years

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience creating and managing design systems and component libraries.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to ensure designs are feasible.
  • Experience with prototyping tools for creating interactive demos.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
