UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual excellence.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user insights into impactful design solutions.
• Maintain design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, design technologies, and best practices, applying them to elevate design standards.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of user-cantered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design practices.
• Strong visual design skills, with attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing professional or live project work is required.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
• Experience working with design systems and component-based UI frameworks.
• Exposure to user research, analytics, or usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with mobile-first and accessibility design principles.
