UI/UX Designer

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with around 2 years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and a passion for user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and translate them into intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Design and iterate on user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Deliver responsive and visually consistent designs for both web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma – must-have skills.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and responsive design.
• Experience in creating prototypes and conducting usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating past work and design process.

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Basic knowledge of Lovable, Replit, and Type Vibe coding platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Understanding of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation principles.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
