UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

MMT SOFTTECH is looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for clean and artful design and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging user interfaces for mobile apps and websites.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to bring designs to life.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance design quality.
• Maintain consistency in design elements and ensure responsive design.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of User Interface Design, User Experience Principles, and Responsive Design.
• Knowledge of mobile app and web design systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
