UIUX Designer

Job Description:

* Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery for consumer mobile applications.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

* Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, information architecture diagrams, and mockups, create personas and journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.

* Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

* Develop design systems and guidelines for our mobile products.

* Conduct functional and visual QA.

* 2+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on consumer mobile applications.

* Proven track record of designing successful mobile apps, evidenced by a strong portfolio.

* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant software.

* Extensive experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

* Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design patterns and guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multilingual environment.

* Ability to think strategically and advocate for the user while balancing business objectives.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

* Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field (preferred).
