UI/UX Designer

Medcare MSO is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our website and product pages, with a focus on Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a responsive, engaging, and seamless user experience that aligns with our brand aesthetics and business goals.

Department: Digital Marketing

Shift timings: 7:00 pm - 4:00 am

Location: MMalam, Lahore (on-site)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and improve user interfaces for the website and product pages (EHR & PMS), ensuring optimal user experience and ease of use.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement UI designs and achieve project goals.
• Continuously improve website conversion rates (CR) and user satisfaction metrics by evaluating user feedback and data.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Ensure designs are responsive and mobile-friendly across various devices and browsers.
• Maintain consistency across design elements and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to design processes and user interface designs.
• Share design portfolios and showcase your experience in designing user-centered digital interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in relevant field.
• 3-4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in Healthcare IT or related fields.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Experience designing intuitive, user-friendly, and responsive web interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and a focus on user-centered design.
• Understanding of web design principles, including usability and accessibility.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with business goals.
• Experience with design tools such as InVision, Sketch, or Zeplin is a plus.
