UI/UX Designer

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Role: Junior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and an eye for detail when it comes to animation and interactive design. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to create visually stunning and user-friendly designs that bring ideas to life.

Knowledge of graphic design is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create interactive prototypes and design mockups that showcase seamless user experiences.
• Develop and implement engaging animations using GSAP to enhance user interactions and storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design and animations are implemented as intended.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design, animation techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Optimize designs and animations for performance and cross-platform compatibility.
• Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines and overall product vision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design and animation work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Advanced knowledge of GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) and its applications in web design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D tools such as Three.js or Blender for advanced animations.
• Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects for prototyping complex interactions.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics tools to refine user experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs6,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
