Job Description: We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be strong in Figma, UI/UX fundamentals, design systems, components, and modern design workflows. Knowledge of Adobe Suite and AI tools will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Figma (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, design principles, and usability.
• Experience with components, variables, auto-layout, and design system creation.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Figma AI).

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator or Adobe XD.
• Good to have – Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro or any video editing software.
• Good to have – Photoshop knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with business and user needs.
• Build and maintain design systems, including components, variables, and UI patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful design solutions.
• Create clean and visually consistent UI layouts that follow brand identity and modern design standards.
• Use Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (good to have) to create icons, illustrations, and supporting graphics.
• Apply strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and colour theory.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and AI innovations
• Ensure design quality and consistency across all screens, components, and platforms.

Professional Attributes:

• Good Communication skills. Should be able to coordinate with the Onshore team
• Should be able to work independently.
• 15 years of education is a must
