Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Immediate Joiner Required)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can join on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate should be skilled in understanding user behavior, creating intuitive interfaces, and designing seamless user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups
• Collaborate with product, development, and content teams to implement design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions
• Maintain design consistency and follow brand guidelines
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Understanding of design systems, user flows, and prototyping
• Ability to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development
• Experience in motion graphics or micro-interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
