About the Role

AllThings Plus Business Hub is a U.S.–based company in an early expansion stage.
We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented UI/UX & Brand Identity Designer who can lead full-scale design projects from concept to final delivery.

This role requires someone who can handle:

• Full brand identities
• UI/UX for websites & apps
• Website UI (no coding)
• Company profiles & pitch decks
• Full brand guideline systems
• Social media visual design
• Presentation templates
• Marketing assets
• Patterns, icons, typography systems
• Clean, modern, U.S.-style design

This is a design-focused role — no coding, no development.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Identity & Visual Systems

• Create complete brand identities from scratch
• Design logos + multiple variations
• Develop color palettes (primary, secondary, neutrals)
• Build typography systems (headings, paragraphs, weights)
• Create icon sets and graphic systems
• Produce patterns, textures, and reusable design elements
• Define imagery style (photo tone, filters, style direction)
• Create brand personality, tone, and voice guidelines (optional)

2. Full Brand Guideline Creation

• Logo usage, spacing, and do’s & don’ts
• Color codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK) + usage rules
• Typography rules, hierarchy, line height, spacing
• Icon & graphic usage rules
• Layout and grid system
• Pattern & texture applications
• Image rules (brand-fit vs non-fit)
• Sample branded layouts

3. UI/UX Design (Web & Mobile)

• Create user flows & journeys
• Design wireframes (low and mid fidelity)
• Produce final UI screens (desktop + mobile)
• Develop prototypes for presentations or developers
• Design clean, minimal U.S-style interfaces
• Build organized Figma systems:

– Components
– Auto layout
– Styles
– Libraries

4. Website UI (No Coding Required)

• Design complete website experiences
• Homepage, internal pages, landing pages
• Component-based layouts
• Developer-ready handoff files

5. Company Profile & Pitch Deck Design

• Full professional company profiles
• Commercial proposals
• Business presentations
• Investor pitch decks
• Modern slide layouts & structure

6. Social Media Visual Design

• Design clean, modern social media posts
• Story templates and promo visuals
• Ad creatives
• Branded content templates

7. Brand & Marketing Material

• Posters
• Flyers
• Brochures
• Roll-up banners
• Business cards
• Letterheads
• Envelopes
• Employee ID cards
• Corporate folders
• Notepads

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX + Branding (portfolio required)
• Strong Figma skills (components, systems, prototyping)
• Strong graphic design & layout capabilities
• Experience creating brand guideline books
• Ability to design company profiles & pitch decks
• Clean, modern, U.S.-style design aesthetic
• Strong English communication
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Strong attention to detail and structure
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Figma AI, Canva AI) and willingness to learn new ones

Nice to Have

• Website builder communication/hand-off experience
• Basic motion graphics
• Experience with international/U.S.-style brands
• Marketing design direction
