UI/UX Designer

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (must), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
• Good understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and user psychology.
• Ability to design for web, mobile, and dashboards.
• Strong visual design skills (layout, color theory, typography).
• Experience collaborating directly with clients or development teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines as a freelancer and work independently.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and translate user needs into clean, intuitive, and engaging UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.
• Design responsive and mobile-friendly layouts for websites and applications.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to enhance design decisions.
• Maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic understanding).
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
• Ability to handle end-to-end design — from research to final delivery.
• Knowledge of design accessibility standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
