Job Description:

We're seeking a UI/UX Designer with experience designing mobile and web applications, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in UI/UX, user-centric design, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of visual aesthetics, functionality, interaction, and problem-solving ability to create amazing user experiences. They must be well-versed in tools like Figma, XD, Sketch, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, etc., able to manage timelines within a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team to create top-notch products.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the team to create a top-notch product, providing its users with a delightful experience.

● Create best-in-class user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes based on research, business requirements, and usability.

● Ideate, define, and develop features.

● Ensure the product is visually appealing, user-friendly, and intuitive.

● Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve user experience design.

● Work in tandem with senior design management, junior designers, coders, product team, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:

● Strong portfolio showcasing work on mobile and web applications.

● In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design and best practices.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Well-versed with tools like Figma, XD, Sketch, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

● Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

● Graduate from NIFT, DesignBoat, NID, etc.
