UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will shape user experiences that blend functionality, aesthetics, and consistency across all platforms. 

You will work at the intersection of design, product, and engineering contributing to a design system that supports scalability, efficiency, and delightful user interactions.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to the creation and evolution of our design system, ensuring scalability, visual harmony, and functional consistency across all products and platforms.
• Work on both web and mobile app designs, creating cohesive and responsive experiences that align with our design system.
• Collaborate closely with product specialists, engineers, and fellow designers to craft experiences that are beautiful, practical, and easy to implement.
• Design with execution in mind ensuring smooth handoffs, clear documentation, and minimal gaps between design and code.
• Conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into data-informed design decisions that improve usability and engagement.
• Participate in design critiques, share and receive constructive feedback, and iterate quickly based on input and testing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where design decisions move rapidly from concept to release.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design
• Minimum 1 year experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing strong product thinking and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of component-based design, prototyping, and auto-layouts.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, user flows, and interaction principles.
• Experience conducting or applying findings from user research and data-driven design processes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a feedback-oriented mindset.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-evolving product environment.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
