UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to design and implement user-friendly websites, web applications, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong proficiency in front-end technologies, and the ability to translate user needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for delivering high-quality, user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to gather requirements and transform them into functional and attractive designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to guide the design process and user experience.
• Implement UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue.js, and Node.js.
• Ensure designs are responsive, optimized for various screen sizes, and compatible across all browsers and devices.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience and refine design decisions.
• Improve web and mobile application performance by optimizing speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of design and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-9 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Front-End Development, or similar roles.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and Node.js. Experience with Next.js and other modern frameworks is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and other UI/UX design tools to create effective wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles with hands-on experience in CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, Flexbox, and Grid for creating flexible layouts.
• In-depth knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and how to ensure consistent performance across different platforms and devices.
• Proven experience in user-centered design, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user research to drive design decisions.
• Ability to design websites that are optimized for search engines, ensuring good SEO practices are implemented from the ground up.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with Git and familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience with animation libraries like GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations to create smooth UI transitions and interactions.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing mobile-first design principles for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar server-side frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with performance optimization tools like Lighthouse or Webpack to ensure fast load times and smooth user experiences.
