Job Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can shape the digital experiences of our clients. From research to wireframes, from user flows to high-fidelity mockups. You’ll take the lead in creating intuitive and engaging design solutions that serve both user and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design & Product Interfaces
- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
- Translate UX research and client requirements into clean, user-focused designs.
Developer Collaboration
- Prepare developer-ready design files with specifications, grids, and assets.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Understand how designs function in code environments and optimize accordingly.
Graphic Design & Brand Assets
- Design visuals for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand kits.
- Create custom illustrations, icon sets, banners, brochures, and digital ads.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce polished, brand-aligned graphics.
Testing & Iteration
- Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback.
- Iterate designs to improve UX and optimize visual hierarchy and interactions.
Design Consistency
- Maintain and expand design systems, UI libraries, and brand style guides.
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Who You Are
- A visual storyteller and systems thinker.
- Equally comfortable designing an Instagram carousel or a mobile app dashboard.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for typography, spacing, and color theory.
- Able to simplify complex problems into usable, attractive interfaces.
- A confident communicator who can justify design choices with logic and evidence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and UI/UX (agency experience preferred).
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic/branding work.
- Proficient in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Understanding of responsive design, layout grids, and design system thinking.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both visual design (graphics, branding) and interface work (UI/UX screens, flows).
