Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the experience across our digital products. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate user needs and business goals into elegant, intuitive design solutions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Design consistent interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design implementation
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (web or mobile applications)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and UX problem-solving
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
  • Experience with user testing, research, and wireframing
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (basic understanding)
  • Background in healthtech, SaaS, or data-driven platforms
  • Experience with medical dashboards or healthcare visualization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
