About the Role
Ment Tech Labs is looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer with around 2 years of experience to join our product/design team. You will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and delight for our customers. The role requires strong design skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Maintain and contribute to the company’s design system and UI guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design patterns, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
