UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and gather requirements to understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to improve product experience.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital products.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating design systems.
• Motion graphics or animation knowledge.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
