Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, user-first mindset, and the ability to translate ideas into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI guidelines, and brand consistency
• Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory

Good to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design principles
• Exposure to user testing tools and analytics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
