We’re looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at BG, you will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences—from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with product strategists, marketers, copywriters, and developers to create clean, modern interfaces that are both visually compelling and easy to use.

You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with landing pages, web platforms, and app experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, engaging UI/UX experiences for web and mobile landing pages, platforms, and applications.
• Translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create modern, conversion-focused interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, copy, development, and account management).
• Apply and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, and UI standards across projects.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing insights, and performance goals.
• Maintain organized design files and clear documentation for handoff.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (required); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Strong visual design skills (typography, spacing, color, layout).
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies and real-world digital experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus, but not required.

Pay: Rs50.00 - Rs120.00 per month
