UI/UX Designer

We at Hashlogics are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. As a UI/UX designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into elegant and effective design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine and iterate design concepts.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and user interactions across various platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement of designs.
• Work closely with developers to implement and maintain design specifications.

Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree in design, IT and CS
• Proven 1 year experience as a UI/UX designer
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid communication skills to articulate and justify design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
