UI/UX Designer

• User Research & Strategy: Conduct interviews, surveys, create personas, analyze user data, and understand user behaviors.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive mockups.
• UI Design: Design visual elements like menus, buttons, icons, layouts, and color palettes.
• Usability Testing: Plan and perform tests to identify pain points and gather feedback.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement designs seamlessly.
• Iteration: Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and accessibility standards.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and style guides.
• Essential Skills & Tools Design Software: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Prototyping Tools: InVision, Axure RP. UX Methodologies: User testing, journey mapping, information architecture.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, time management, teamwork.
