About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative UI/UX designer who can convert business problems into intuitive, user-friendly designs. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, crafting wireframes, creating responsive UI layouts, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Understanding

• Translate business goals and user needs into design problems.
• Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and gather insights.
• Work with stakeholders to understand product requirements and map user journeys.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping

• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design interactive prototypes for user flows and validate them with stakeholders.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback.

3. UI Design

• Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile.
• Ensure consistency with design systems, branding, and UI patterns.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

4. Collaboration & Delivery

• Communicate effectively with product managers, engineers, and business teams.
• Prepare and present design solutions clearly.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure usability best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product-based or startup environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, UI designs, and responsive layouts.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of design systems, typography, grids, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of UX methodologies: personas, user flows, and journey mapping.
• Ability to translate business problems into intuitive design solutions.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (bonus).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing dashboards or SaaS products.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams in Agile environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
