Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences by researching user needs, developing wireframes and prototypes, and designing visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product and development teams to translate business goals into seamless, functional designs that enhance usability and drive user satisfaction.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-centric UI and UX solutions for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Improve existing user experiences based on analytics and user feedback
Ensure consistency across platforms and adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop
Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
Key Skills
Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development
Experience in Agile/Scrum product teams
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
