UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (Product Focused) who can take ownership of features and projects end-to-end and contribute meaningfully to product decisions. This role goes beyond designing screens, it requires understanding user problems, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and translating ideas into thoughtful, intuitive digital experiences.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, asking the right questions, and balancing UX thinking with strong UI execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UI/UX design process for assigned features or projects from concept to delivery
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs
• Translate problem statements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability reviews to inform design decisions
• Create and maintain consistent UI patterns and design systems across products
• Present design ideas clearly and explain the reasoning behind decisions
• Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and usability
• Continuously improve existing experiences based on feedback and product learnings

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to think beyond visuals and focus on solving real user problems

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (Adobe XD / Sketch knowledge is a plus)
• A solid portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving, and final outcomes
• Basic understanding of responsive design and how designs translate to development
• Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience working on real products with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with accessibility and mobile-first design principles
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Ability to work in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
