UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented UI UX Web Designer to join our team at Idea Fueled. As a UI/UX Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI UX Designer or similar role, with 2+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Webflow.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with front-end development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles And Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes for web applications
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout principles
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining style guides / design systems
• Basic knowledge of UX research methods
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design process and thinking (academic, freelance, or personal projects)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

• Webflow: 1 year (Required)
• UI/UX : 2 years (Required)
