UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (1–2 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to design user-friendly web and mobile applications. The candidate should be comfortable working on complete design flows, from research to final UI, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
• Understand user requirements and convert them into simple design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Maintain design consistency using design systems and style guides
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Improve existing designs based on feedback and usability insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Strong knowledge of Figma (Adobe XD is a plus)
• Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, and accessibility basics
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Basic knowledge of WCAG guidelines and usability best practices
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Strong attention to detail and visual sense

Good to Have

• Experience working with developers (MERN stack knowledge is a plus)
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience in usability testing or UX research
