Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences across Tiameds’ healthcare products. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to shape user journeys across complex healthcare workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Domain-Focused Design

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Pharma ERP & Billing software, B2B Pharma Marketplace, Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS), and Hospital/Clinical platforms.
• Understand domain-specific workflows such as inventory, GST billing, order management, lab reports, doctor workflows, and compliance-driven processes.
• Translate complex healthcare operations into simple, intuitive user interfaces.

User Experience (UX)

• Conduct user research with pharmacists, lab technicians, doctors, hospital staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows.
• Build low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Validate designs through usability testing and incorporate feedback iteratively.

User Interface (UI)

• Design clean, modern, and consistent interfaces aligned with Tiameds’ brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries.
• Ensure responsive and scalable designs for web and mobile applications.
• Follow accessibility, usability, and healthcare UX best practices.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and business teams in an agile environment.
• Provide clear design handoffs including specs, assets, and interaction details.
• Review implemented designs and ensure design quality throughout development.
• Support enhancements, new feature rollouts, and continuous product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI execution.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design for complex, data-heavy enterprise applications.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in healthcare, pharma, lab, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with designing dashboards, reports, and workflow-driven systems.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) for better collaboration.

• Work From Office (WFO) – Mysuru
• Collaborative product team with direct exposure to real-world healthcare users.
