UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life. You will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity and usability of the applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to delivery, focusing on user-centric design.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern web standards.
• Work with WordPress and integrate with third-party CRM tools.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and design thinking methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
