We are urgently looking for a talented UI/UX Designer (Immediate Joiners) in our IT company at Ahmedabad Location.

Experience: 6months -2 years

Overview:
We are seeking two talented UI/UX Designers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should possess a portfolio demonstrating strong design capabilities, sound knowledge of user experience best practices, and an understanding of graphic design principles. These designers will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces.
• Develop and implement cohesive design systems that reflect the brand’s identity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant UI/UX strategies to improve designs.
• Create and maintain graphic assets such as icons, illustrations, and other visual elements as needed.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all projects.
• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into final products.
• Document and present design rationale and concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and case studies.
• Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design processes, and UX best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into meaningful design improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts.
• Experience with motion design and interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of graphic design rules and branding.

Note: Candidates must have a strong portfolio and fluent communication skills.
