We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for web and mobile products. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to turn ideas into impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Improve existing product UX based on data and feedback
• Collaborate with developers for smooth design handoff
• Maintain design systems and style guides
• Ensure designs align with brand identity and conversion goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong visual design sense (typography, spacing, color)
• Ability to solve problems with a user-first mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Points

• Experience designing SaaS products or dashboards
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with design systems
• Experience with user analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, etc.)
• Motion or micro-interaction design skills
