Job Summary:

We’re seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces for a variety of projects. You’ll be responsible for translating client requirements into meaningful design solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers, developers and other team members to define and implement innovative solutions for client projects.
• Conduct user research, create personas and develop user journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets and interactive components, ensuring a consistent visual language across all screens.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize the user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve our design approach.
• Effectively communicate design ideas through presentations, documentation and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Understand and interpret design documents, guidelines and briefs accurately.
• Apply design principles to implement intuitive and cohesive user experiences that align with project requirements.
• Analyze complex problems and provide creative, user-centered design solutions.
• Adapt designs based on user feedback and testing results to optimize usability.
• Proficient in graphic design principles, visual hierarchy and typography to enhance user interfaces.
• Design visually appealing and consistent interfaces, maintaining brand identity across all screens.
