UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product and engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences for our products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.

Strong expertise in Figma is required.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design

• Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes .
• Translate product requirements into intuitive user interfaces and experiences.
• Ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms.

User Experience

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product usability.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to refine design solutions.
• Continuously iterate designs based on insights and product requirements.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers and developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Participate in product discovery and design discussions.
• Ensure accurate implementation of designs during development.

Design Systems

• Contribute to maintaining and improving the design system and component library .
• Ensure consistent branding and UI patterns across products.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design experience

Design Skills

• Advanced experience using Figma
• Strong understanding of:
• Wireframing
• Prototyping
• Interaction design
• Responsive design
• Design systems

Collaboration

• Experience working closely with product managers and developers
• Ability to translate complex requirements into user-centered designs

Professional Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in Agile product environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing mobile applications
• Experience working on fintech or digital banking platforms
• Experience with design systems and scalable component libraries
