  • Design visually compelling and consistent UI components, style guides, and design systems in line with brand guidelines

  • Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements

  • Collaborate closely with mobile and web developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs

  • Work with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions

  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for a variety of screen sizes and devices

  • Contribute to and maintain a shared design system and component library to ensure consistency across products

  • Present and articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects across web and mobile

  • Expert proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture

  • Experience conducting user research, interviews, A/B testing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data

  • Strong knowledge of responsive design and design-to-development handoff workflows

  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries

  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments is an advantage
