Remuneration: KWD 1,050 per month (Total Package)

The Design Mandate: Based in the heart of the Creative Design Center in Shuwaikh, Hexadraft Digital is seeking a UI/UX Designer to architect the next generation of our digital interfaces. This is a role for a designer who believes that aesthetic beauty is secondary to functional clarity. You will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience, transforming complex digital requirements into intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces that define the standard for creative innovation in the Shuwaikh district.

Creative DNA & Impact Areas

• Interface Architecture & Prototyping: Lead the creation of interactive, high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes, ensuring a logical and frictionless user journey through complex digital environments.
• Design System Governance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive, scalable design library to ensure visual and functional consistency across all Hexadraft Digital platforms.
• Heuristic Evaluation & Research: Conduct rigorous usability testing and heuristic audits, utilizing data-driven insights to refine navigation paths and minimize user cognitive load.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with front-end engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation of approved designs.

Professional Profile

• Experience Horizon: 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital art direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile application projects.
• Technical Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; deep familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and modern front-end frameworks (HTML/CSS).
• Linguistic Standards: Advanced C2-level proficiency in professional English is required for presenting design rationales and collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Asynchronous Walkthroughs: Expert-level proficiency in using Loom to record "Design Rationales" and interactive prototype demonstrations for both the development team and clients.
