At Marked, we are looking for a UI/UX Design Specialist, specifically to optimize our digital experiences and conversion funnels.
You won’t just be making "pretty" interfaces; you will be crafting seamless user journeys, intuitive layouts, and interactive prototypes that eliminate user friction and drive action.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2–4 years as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with a proven track record in designing responsive web platforms, high-converting landing pages, or digital product interfaces.
- The Toolkit: Complete mastery of Figma (Advanced Auto-Layout, prototyping, scalable design systems, and interactive components), with a strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud for visual asset creation.
- UX/UI Mindset: A refined understanding of user psychology, information architecture, and wireframing, applied through the lens of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and flawless design principles.
- Originality & Substance: We do not want Dribbble or Behance portfolios filled with generic templates or non-functional aesthetic concepts. We want to see genuine, deep-dive case studies, user flows, and clickable prototypes that show a command over your tools and a strategic mind solving real user problems.
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
