UI/UX Designer – 3+ Years Experience

Pronota (https://pronota.in/) is a full-service web agency based in Mohali that creates user-centered websites, landing pages, funnels, dashboards, and mobile apps for clients worldwide. We are hiring a UI/UX expert who can design new interfaces and enhance the user experience of existing systems, working independently from concept to final hand-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Design and refine websites, landing pages, funnels, dashboards, and mobile applications with a focus on intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Redesign and improve the UX of existing platforms and internal tools.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistent branding.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients while managing tasks independently and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong, varied portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction principles, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces and clearly explain design rationale.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
