Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative UI/UX Designer to lead the design and optimization of AI-driven, customer-centric digital experiences across AlNafi’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, accessible, and data-driven user experiences, leveraging AI-powered tools, behavioral analytics, and AIOps frameworks.

This role requires a strong focus on user engagement, conversion optimization, accessibility compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design & User Experience Optimization ● Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms. ● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools. ● Ensure seamless and engaging user journeys aligned with customer needs. ● Maintain consistency in design systems and brand identity across all platforms.

2. AI-Driven Personalization & Experience Enhancement ● Implement AI-driven personalization to dynamically adapt UI based on user behavior. ● Utilize AI-powered heatmaps and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, FullStory) to optimize user flows. ● Integrate conversational UI (chatbots, voice UI) for enhanced user engagement. ● Collaborate with AIOps teams to enable real-time UI optimization.

3. Data-Driven Design & A/B Testing ● Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to optimize conversion rates. ● Analyze behavioral data to identify UX pain points and improvement opportunities. ● Use AI-based analytics tools for continuous UI/UX refinement. ● Work closely with DataOps and Marketing teams to align design with business goals.

4. Accessibility & Compliance ● Ensure designs comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. ● Incorporate inclusive design principles for global user accessibility. ● Align UI/UX practices with GDPR, HIPAA, and security compliance requirements. ● Conduct accessibility audits and implement improvements.

5. Security & Risk-Aware Design ● Design secure user flows incorporating MFA, biometric authentication, and Zero Trust principles. ● Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure UI interactions. ● Integrate fraud detection UX patterns and role-based access controls.

6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration ● Work closely with: ○ DevOps & Frontend Engineering ○ Marketing Operations Center (MOC) ○ Growth & SEO Teams ○ DataOps & QAOps ○ Product & Customer Support Teams ● Translate business requirements into impactful design solutions. ● Participate in agile workflows and product lifecycle processes.

7. Automation & AI Tool Utilization ● Leverage AI tools for: ○ Wireframing & prototyping ○ Automated UI testing ○ UX writing and multilingual support ● Use tools such as: ○ Figma / Adobe XD (AI-enabled) ○ Optimizely / VWO (A/B testing) ○ AWS Personalize / Azure AI ● Automate repetitive design and testing workflows to improve efficiency. 8. Continuous Improvement & Innovation ● Continuously monitor UI performance and user feedback. ● Conduct design reviews and innovation sessions. ● Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, AI tools, and design systems. ● Contribute to long-term design strategy and roadmap execution. Required Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or related field. ● 2–5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. ● Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions. ● Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. ● Experience with AI-driven design tools and analytics platforms. ● Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design. ● Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus. Preferred Skills ● Experience with AI personalization engines (AWS, Azure AI). ● Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and CRO strategies. ● Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). ● Exposure to cloud-based and scalable design systems. ● Familiarity with DevOps/AIOps environments.
