JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong front-end development skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing intuitive user experiences, visually stunning interfaces, and building responsive, high-performance web solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● User Experience & Interface Design: Map and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile platforms using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

● Design Systems & Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistent visual and functional standards across products.

● User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and iterate designs based on feedback to enhance user satisfaction.

● Front-End Development: Implement responsive layouts, interaction patterns, micro-animations, and accessibility standards (WCAG basics) using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, or Bootstrap, Modern JS/TS.

● Frameworks & Integration: Work with React (preferred) or Vue for state management, routing, API integrations (REST/GraphQL), authentication flows, and form validation.

● WordPress Expertise: Develop custom themes/child themes, implement plugins (Plugin selection/integration; light custom plugin work), enhance performance, security, SEO, and maintain Gutenberg/ACF solutions.

● Performance & Analytics: Optimise websites for Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals, caching/CDN, image/code splitting, SEO, schema markup, meta tags, and integrate analytics & marketing hooks (GA4, Meta/LinkedIn pixels, UTM tracking).

● Collaboration & Workflow: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, maintain Git-based workflows, perform cross-browser/device testing, document processes clearly, and follow CI/CD best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field; UI/UX certifications are a plus.

● 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development preferred.

● Portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

● Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

● Strong knowledge of responsive design, front-end frameworks, API integration, WordPress development, performance optimisation, and SEO best practices.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

● High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
