UI/UX Designer (expert)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and visually appealing designs. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to transform requirements into interactive, accessible, and responsive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop responsive and accessible UI designs aligned with best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code handoff.
• Work with product managers and business analysts to translate requirements into engaging designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure consistency of brand guidelines and design systems across all platforms.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design and user experience research.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics (for effective collaboration with developers).
• Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
