UI/UX Designer Figma Expert

Hashmi Innovation is seeking a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with expert-level proficiency in Figma. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex user requirements into functional, visually compelling digital interfaces. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure design consistency and high-fidelity handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable design systems using Figma components, variables, and auto-layout.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind UX decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Expert knowledge of Figma (Variants, Prototyping, and Design System management).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic and user-centered design process.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
