UI/UX Designer (Figma Specialist) – Onsite

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma and a passion for crafting engaging, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex requirements into visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web/mobile UI patterns.

Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts.

Preferred Skills (Plus but not mandatory)

Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions.

Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for developer handoff.
