UI/UX Designer ( Male only )

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams to design visually appealing and highly usable web and mobile applications. Experience in FinTech or data-driven products will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis, and Development teams throughout the design lifecycle.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, and interaction patterns.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Experience working with developers to deliver production-ready designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or complex enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
