UI/UX Designer — multidisciplinary (AI, video editing, graphic design, copywriting)

We’re looking for a self-driven, full-stack UI/UX Designer who can independently own the entire creative execution of an e-commerce brand designing complete uiux — from website design to copy, videos, graphics, AI-generated content, branding, and offers. This is not a learning role. You should already have proven skills and experience delivering high-converting results.

This is a remote role, allowing you to work at your preferred time, but you will be required to be available daily for a short collaboration/update hour.

Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time based on performance.

Required Skills

UI/UX Design (Figma) - MUST HAVE!

• Design full e-commerce websites, PDPs, funnels, and conversion-focused layouts.
• Create layouts grounded in buyer psychology and conversion optimization.

Professional Video Editing

• Edit any project-required videos — UGC, product demos, website content.

Professional Graphic Design

• Create logos, branding assets, product visuals, and web graphics independently.
• Deliver premium-quality visuals that elevate brand perception.

AI Video Generation

• Generate AI videos as required for project needs.
• Produce realistic, commercially usable outputs.

AI Image Generation

• Generate realistic AI images for products, branding, and websites.

Professional Copywriting

• Write full website content independently.
• Conversion-focused copy with persuasive, psychologically-informed messaging.

Consumer Psychology & Offer Creation

• Deep understanding of persuasion, buyer psychology, and conversion triggers.
• Ability to create killer product offers that customers cannot resist.

Branding & Premium Positioning

• Build premium brand systems.
• Elevate perception value, craft brand identity, and define positioning strategy.

Mindset Requirements

• Self-driven and independent; no supervision needed.
• Handles multiple revisions like a perfectionist without frustration.
• Patient, solution-oriented, and creative.
• Full ownership mentality from concept to execution.

Working Structure

• Fully remote. Work at your preferred time, but you must be available daily for collaboration/updates.
• Part-time: 88 hours/month → 20,000 PKR
• Full-time (transition): 176 hours/month → 40,000 PKR

Performance Bonuses
