UI/UX Designer (Night Shift)

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the product management and the design team to research and determine requirements, articulate user needs, and translate those needs into concepts and elegant interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital experiences across web and mobile platforms with a focus on usability, accessibility, and design consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs.
• Participate in user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Translate business requirements and technical constraints into elegant and functional design solutions.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system ensuring alignment across the product ecosystem.
• Apply data insights and user feedback to continuously refine and improve designs.
• Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and collaborate closely with developers for seamless implementation.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the team’s creative process.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or digital product design roles.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and a thoughtful UX process with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Adobe tools, Spline 3D, Framer, and Webflow.
• Understanding of interaction design, user research, information architecture, and accessibility principles.
• Experience collaborating within Agile product teams or fast-paced digital environments.
• Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, grid systems, and responsive design principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and process.
• Bonus: Knowledge of motion design, usability testing tools, AI-assisted design workflows, or basic front-end implementation awareness.
