UI/UX Designer (On-Site | Project-Based)

Role: UI/UX Designer
Work Type: On-site(Chennai)
Engagement: Project-based

Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for web and/or mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders on-site
• Conduct basic user research and incorporate feedback into designs
• Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and usability standards
• Revise designs based on reviews and project needs

Requirements:

• Experience or strong knowledge in UI/UX design principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and meet project deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on real-time or client-based projects
• Knowledge of usability testing and accessibility standards
• Good communication and collaboration skills
