We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will create visually stunning and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with the clients, developers, and the QA team, to create engaging and intuitive user experiences. In addition to UI/UX design for apps, you'll have the opportunity to design a range of other materials, such as marketing assets, branding materials, and other creative deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements for web applications and complex systems.
• Create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that address both user needs and business objectives.
• Design responsive interfaces and ensure optimal usability across various devices and screen sizes.
• Develop user flows and interactions that enhance the user experience for complex systems, focusing on both functionality and visual appeal.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the platform.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs adhere to project guidelines and accessibility standards.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is highly desirable.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 02 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a strong portfolio that includes web and mobile app design.

Salary:

Attractive market based salary will be offered according to the project to the right candidate.

This position is fully remote.
