UI/UX Designer REMOTE

OLIMP is a U.S.-based technology startup that is transforming the trucking industry, and our mission is to transport the world with endless capacity and zero losses. The industry is huge, and so is the opportunity to change how freight moves.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience to help design intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

This role requires someone who can take ideas from concept to polished interface while advocating for strong usability and thoughtful design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Create interactive prototypes and design solutions using Figma
• Own the design process for new features from concept through final design
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible
• Maintain and expand the design system and reusable UI components in Figma
• Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and user insights
• Ensure designs follow accessibility and responsive design best practices

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
• Experience designing complete user flows and interactive prototypes
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG standards
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
